We are looking for CSR / LGE to boost our sales by communicating with customers. Agent should have lead generation strategies so that can use to attract potential customer and guide them towards our product. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service we are offering.

- Timings – 5:30 AM to 2:30PM
- Week Offs – Sunday

Requirements
- For Lead Generation: Candidates with Minimum 0-1 year of international outbound experience, Salary up to 25k + Incentives
- (Exceptions are there always)
- Work experience as a Telesales, Telemarketer, and lead generation or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
- Great interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Make calls to customers to explain them the services provided by our clients and generate potential sales leads.
- Use script to provide Information to customers regarding the services offered and present their benefits.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer requirements.
- Persuade the customer to buy service by demonstrating how service met their needs.
- Record the customers’ personal information accurately in the computer system.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
