As a Field Sales Executive (Client Acquisition and Marketing), you will be essential to driving our sales efforts on the ground. Equipped with our LED advertising bags, you’ll promote clients’ brands across busy locations, connect with potential customers, and onboard them to advertise with us. This field-based role is ideal for energetic, results-driven individuals who thrive in direct sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Presence: Walk through designated areas in Bangalore wearing The
Awe Media’s LED advertising bag, promoting visibility and brand awareness. - Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and pitch to local businesses, startups,
and brands to onboard them as advertising clients. - Sales Target: Achieve a minimum of 20 sales per month, with opportunities
for performance-based incentives. - Customer Engagement: Represent The Awe Media as a brand ambassador,
creating positive impressions and building relationships with potential clients. - Reporting: Document daily interactions, leads, and progress toward sales
targets; provide regular updates to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, client acquisition, or direct marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
